Our leaders are commited to driving growth, maintaining quality standards, and creating long-term value for customers and stakeholders.

A doctoral-qualified strategic management professional with over 30 years of leadership experience, including significant involvement in large-scale, land-based and resource-driven operations, with particular relevance to plantation management and agro-based development. He brings strong expertise in strategic planning, organisational transformation, and project
management, complemented by hands-on experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments such as FELDA, where he led enterprise-level initiatives and oversaw strategic and operational alignment. His background in entrepreneurship, corporate advisory, and private equity further strengthens his capability in driving value creation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth within plantation and agro-industrial contexts, including emerging areas such as carbon credit integration and technology-enabled plantation management systems.

Dr. Syed Uzair Syed Othman

Managing Director

Samir holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and has been a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2001. Starting his career as an audit assistant in Kuala Lumpur, he gained expertise in regulatory compliance and provided business and financial advisory services to various industries. In 2005, he ventured into food production through spice processing and later entered the coffee industry in 2009, cultivating Robusta and Arabica coffee in Indonesia and Malaysia. 

Recognizing the potential of the coffee industry, he expanded into commercial coffee farming in Temerloh and Janda Baik, Pahang, while researching cultivation and processing techniques. In 2014, he trained as a barista and roast master at
Bon Café Academy, mastering quality control and coffee grading. Through continuous research, he developed seven
phases of coffee flavor control and modification. He aims to contribute his expertise in coffee and spices to the development of the Malaysian communities in Malaysia.
